Cancellation Policy
At MY CRWN, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, which will be forfeited if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours. Exceptions may be made for extreme weather conditions, health emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
